Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order apply exclusively to the business relationship between LastResponse e.U (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3. Services

The provider guarantees an availability of its servers of 99.9% on an annual average. Excluded from this are times when the server cannot be reached due to technical or other problems that are beyond the control of the provider (force majeure, fault of third parties, etc.).

4. Terms of Payment

Payment is made either by advance payment, PayPal, credit card or Sofortüberweisung. Since this is a prepaid model, services must be paid for in advance.

5. Term and Termination

The contracts are concluded for an indefinite period. Since these are prepaid services, the provision of services ends automatically at the end of the paid period, unless the customer extends it. An explicit cancellation is not required.

6. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
